AVR-TRAIN supports ATmega and ATtiny AVR devices in 8, 20, 28 and 40-pin packages. It does not support

64-pin TQFP parts, such as ATmega128. They can be programmed in your own board
Older AT90S and ATmega103 devices. You need either AVRISP Parallel port programmer or AVRUSB programmer for these.
